How to Waive Your Visit Fee
Our policy makes it easy to save on the basic visit charge. By booking and
paying for a service online — whether it's Hardware or Software - we will waive
the standard service/visit fee for that specific category. This ensures you only
pay for the actual work or parts required.
What You Pay For
Hardware Service: If you book a Hardware service online, the visit fee is
waived. You will only be charged for costs related to fixing the physical
components, such as a replacement part (e.g., a new hard drive) or the fee for
component-level repair.
Software Service: If you book a Software service online, the visit fee is
waived. You will then only be charged for the agreed-upon software support
provided (e.g., virus removal, OS reinstallation).
Combined Service Fee
In the unusual event that your problem spans both categories (e.g., needing a
new hard disk installed and the operating system reloaded), you will be subject
to the standard service/visit fees for both the Hardware and Software categories.
Key Logistics
Pickup/Drop-off: A separate charge applies if your system requires a Pickup /
Drop service.
Hardware Repair Jobs: Please note that for any significant Hardware repair job,
the laptop will be picked up by the technician for specialized work.
